Description

Governance runs and improves processes related to decision making by BioDAO members about the allocation of the DAO resources. ****It is in charge of the process of proposals, voting and discussion.

Governance also includes the subgroups:

1. DAO ops helps to coordinate and monitor all processes related to the functioning of the DAO, and thus ensures that friction is reduced in the participation of DAO members. This subgroup is in charge of checking that all processes are up to date, which includes the tasks of all working groups, databases and documentation.
2. Legal is in charge of developing the legal framework by which BioDAO is governed, as well as any other legal matters related to the functioning of the DAO. It is also kept informed and updated on legal matters on the web3 to ensure compliance with the law and the protection of DAO assets.
